A fixed price or a written rate, an acceptance list, and the named engineers who will do the work.
Weekly demos
You see working software every week. The code sits in your repository from the first commit.
Who you deal with
Vadym Chernega, our founder, reviews every engagement and answers for the result. Named senior engineers do the work. There are no account managers between you and them.
How we use AI
Agents do the bulk work and an engineer reviews every change. Grace, our AI assistant, sorts this mailbox and answers our phone, and says she is an AI. A person reads and answers every message.

Same company. digi117.com is our main site; digi117hq.com is where our sales mail comes from and where you can book a call. Both belong to DIGI117 Ltd., a British Columbia company.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. It is 20 minutes, and if what you need is not something we do well, we say so.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before we see any code or admin access. Access is per person and logged, and it ends when the work ends.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific. We do not run 24/7 on-call today. Every fix we ship has a 30-day warranty.
I asked you to stop emailing me. Will you?
Yes. Reply "no" to any of our emails, or write to grace@digi117hq.com, and we stop. We keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so it does not happen again.
